I like the Knut a lot and sometimes also find that it breaks open a little hard.
I'd like to try your knot.
Can you take a shot of it being fully tied but with the cord being more fully spread open around the rope.
This way I could see more exactly how it's tied.
Do you find that it tends well with a micro pulley under it when you're ascending?
The knut tends very well this way.
