ways to anchor a rope was created by redpanda

How many ways can you anchor a rope that has been thrown over a branch?
'

I'm looking for conceptual differences rather than knots.
I'll start with two

a. anchor rope to yourself, control the other side with a prussik (ddrt)

b. anchor rope on itself using a noosing knot or maillon, climb active side (SRT)

I can think of at least three more.... first class honours to those who can come up with any new ones.

How about this?

Anchor the line to the hitch on your truck. Tie yourself in and have your noble assistant drive away a bit.

Up you go like an elevator (a lift to any Brits watching).

Howsabout don't anchor it and climb up the doubled rope. I do that one a lot.
