have'nt been in a tree for 7 days...going loopy!!! darn that work issue........

I hate when work gets in the way of tree climbing!

work, weather, (piss poor weather right now), gah, finally got up into a tree yesterday, on our property, to remove some broken storm damaged limbs.....
still no rec climbing in a month and a bit...

Ahh, a thread for complaints. (oh joy)

I was in a tree on my own property for about ten minutes last week to test out some custom splice work I had done by “Splicemaster Nick Araya” but other than that I have not even seen a tree since November 6th. (per my last GPS track log)

I go to work early when it’s still dark out and then get home when it’s late and dark out. The sun is always so low in the sky this time of year.

Complaining ALWAYS makes me feel better.

i'm glad to see i'm not alone. grad school has me working so hard to finish the term, i dont even have time to do any tree work, much less climb for fun. but winter break starts saturday!!!

well, other than going up the trees at the building to do storm work, i have had zero tree time. all my good climbing trees (huge douglas firs) blew over in the 5 windstorms we had here. No where to climb unless i drive for a bit.

waiting for a parcel today, after (or if) it arrives, i'm going climbing, I dont care that its really cold. I need to climb!
