It wasn't. The guy was not tied in and was using a Sawsall. Branch knocked him out, luckily he fell into the crotch.

Hire professionals to do tree removals or tree work. A Sawsall by the way is an electric saw used for construction purposes, like cutting into home walls- not for taking up into the trees. Nothing electric should be taken into a tree for cutting purposes. Don't think you can cut trees just because you can climb them. It is dangerous even for seasoned climbers.
