Make your own throw weights

I stitched some Cordura tubular Webbing with whipping twine and filled it with lead. I used the steel ring from one of my broken store bought throw weights. I plan on coating it with shoe glue for enhanced durability.

The difficult part is trying to fold the webbing inside out, so the stitching will be on the inside of the bag.

I broke five needles trying to sew it together. Next time I will buy some industrial needles.
