Any tree climbers around Vancouver, BC?

Hello ~
After having taking the tree climbing and fall protection course through ArborCanada, I am inspired to continue climbing the glorious cedars, firs, hemlocks and maples that grace our local forests. So far, I've been going solo. I would love to meet other tree climbers to share this with.

Hey there I’m in the kootenays but am also looking for other climbers! Sorry if I’m bringing this thread up from the dead I’ve had a post on another forum for a year without a bite.
Hopefully we can connect and go climbing, headed to alert bay mid august with my treeboat and climbing gear!

Visiting soon, I am curious about provincial/municipal bylaws regarding our love for this activity?
Is it allowed in public places/parks. Want to respect rules as an international visitor and am debating bringing a climbing setup. Any advice from BC climbers is appreciated!
