Love it!

I've been using this for 6 years now and I love it! It's great for pulling out hangers and some widow makers. I've managed to get it hung up more than once and after pulling on it harder than I probably should've, it didn't break. It will tangle on you fairly easily if you're not careful. Little sticks and weed love it. But if you use good house keeping in your storage and throw prep you'll be ok for the most part. I like this much better than the 3mm orange line.

Good stuff

1.75 mm Zing It and an 8 oz throwbag have been my standard tree entry set-up for a couple of years now. The Zing It is light enough that an 8 oz throwbag works to pull the line over anything I've been hitting, and it is strong enough that you can actually use a hard pull to dislodge a stuck bag sometimes. That said, it can break if a tangle is pinched in a snag. It doesn't tangle and snag very often for a hand throw (although there have been days...), but it is very prone to throwing tangles when used with a big shot. Judging from my earlier experience with NT's blackline, this is probably just a characteristic of any light line. It is VERY worth your time to flake the line carefully before throwing or shooting, and keep all debris out of the line - even a pine needle can be enough to create a mess. It seems to behave a bit better after being broken in. All this said, I doubt any other lines offer significant improvement on tangle management, and this stuff is so strong and durable I'll probably be using it for years.

I like Zing It

Zing works great for me. I've started using an 8oz bag and have really improved my height and accuracy. It tangles on anything and would probably snag on a greased pole, but it's an agrivation I can live with in light of the benefits.

"Zing-it" (1.75mm)

I have been using this "Zing it" throw line for about 3 years now. At the start it was a bit dificult to accomodate it in the hands as compared with my previous line. It flows great along and over the branches. It is fairly strong and resistant to wear and stays fairly clean even when allowed to stay on the ground. It does not pick up brush and debris as my previous line. The cost is fairly reasonable and easy to find at most arborists suppliers. I recommned using it with gloves to prevent small abrasion cuts on the fingers.
