Setting higher tie in points was created by rob2312
Tried to set a tie in point in a white oak for awhile now, about 65 foot up. Used apata, throwing, wishing, ect... Finally climbed 50 foot up and tried aleast 5 times with my Sherrill high ball (ducted taped, because broke first day use couple months ago, still feels good in the hands :-) ) 6th throw I made it, so I set my throw line to climb tomorrow, which is today and the throw line broke while trying to set climbing line. All that work. Not giving up, but spend rest of day working on basal srt rescue system with figure 8. The tree is like a puzzle and my wife which is a master at puzzles is starting to learn how to climb. So the future looks bright.
