climbing near southeast AZ? was created by aaronc
Hi,

I've just moved to southeast AZ where I'm doing an internship in Chiricahua National Monument. I want to get started with tree climbing! Where would you reccomend I go?

I am a caver and climber but imagine I need a whole new set of skills and equipment for tree climbing, but it looks well worth the expense and effort.

cheers
aaron

ps- Thanks to those of you who advised on places in Britain to climb, although I never got around to it there.

I am in Phoenix and am looking for a climbing partner. Have not done any climbing yet but my gear is on its way from New Tribe. Let me know.

Cottonwood is a great place to climb. Been there a few times.

I am new to recreational tree climbing but am having a blast. Just went to flagstaff and climbed some ninga climbs. Looking for a partner to climb with. :silly:
