Really comfortable

Really light and easy to fix.I use just for recreational climbing.Unlike 'yellow jacket',leg pad is really comfortable and also silent.

Got it right the first time.

Having studied different saddles for about two weeks I'm glad I settled on the Tengu. Being used for rec. climbing it's tops for me. Has plenty of loops to attach many extras. I feel very secure and comfortable with every climb. Get one and you'll see.

Wouldn't want any other saddle.

For the climber who really enjoys the process of the climb, and truly appreciates their comfort once aloft, this saddle is a keeper and a half. I'm not sure if I could imagine a more comfortable saddle in terms of what changes I would make. I am constantly using the different attachment points, and am a huge fan of the leg loops. And after spending several nights in my Tengu (and pleasantly forgetting that it was there), I would recommend this saddle to anyone wholeheartedly.

TENGU

This saddle is great. It is extremely comfortable and can stand about anything. It has a ton of gear attachment points for the technical climber and works flawlessly with double rope technique. I would recommend this harness to anyone who loves to climb.

Comfy, heavy, and bulky

This is a very comfortable harness. It's fairly silent too. I have had mine for a couple years and really enjoy it. I like the soft Ds though I wonder how well they would really hold if I did half the crazy things I used to do with my Navaho SIT.

I never liked the triangle deltas on the New Tribe harnesses. They are crazy strong and that's great...they just never feel right and are a pain to unscrew. It's just one more thing to inspect that I never undo anyway. I prefer harnesses that have a ring sewn in.

The leg pads on this harness are big and fantastic - unfortunately, they add considerable weight and make the harness very hard to pack up before and after a climb.

I should note that I have slept in this harness many times and it's very comfortable in a treeboat.
